The Powder Coating Process
This process creates a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. It is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a liquid solvent. The coating is applied electrostatically and is heat cured to bond to the metal. We coat all metals, aluminium extrusions, metal furniture frames, electrical hardware, automobile and bicycle parts.
